Description\Duties
- Engage with potential customers at their homes or businesses.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while adhering to the talking script, in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and delivering a personalized sales experience.
- Effectively manage time to optimize productivity and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to the management team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with tact and diplomacy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales, is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.
- Flexibility in working hours to connect with potential customers is a key competency for success. This may involve the need to work on weekends to accommodate the schedules of prospective clients and maximize opportunities for engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Functioning mobile phone with sufficient battery/data
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as the locations of work are varied.
Salary: Our compensation package includes a competitive base hourly salary ranging from $16 to $17, supplemented by commission earnings of $50 for each signed contract. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn an additional $10 bonus for every incremental contracted service. Furthermore, we provide expense reimbursement for travel-related expenses incurred during work-related activities.

Additional Information
Seeking one or two highly motivated individuals to direct market our Internet, IPTV and Telephone packages to customers. Your primary purpose is to drive sales and generate new business by directly engaging with potential customers at their doorstep. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and services, establishing meaningful connections, and creating a positive brand experience.
This is a seasonal job and perfectly suited for students who will return to school in September, or those who want to earn extra cash. The areas for direct market are Belle River, Comber, and Woodslee ON.
