Job Title: Customer Service Admin

Description\Duties
- Contact customers to confirm daily orders
- Address customer concerns and issues
- Input orders received from fax, email, phone calls & various trade web sites into computer system
- Print, update and verify invoices based on customer orders
- Assemble paperwork packages for drivers
- Notify Packaging Department of new orders and changes to customer orders
- Complete customs paperwork for on US customers
- Update data sheets with customer orders
- Liaise with Packaging and QA Teams for order scheduling
- Monitor driver’s trip sheets
- Update logbook spreadsheets
- Other project and miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 16+ years of age and eligible to work in Canada
- Customer Service experience is an asset
Salary: $19/hr.
Hours of Work: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (7:00am – 5:00pm)
Location (City\Town): Leamington
On Bus Route: No
