  • Provide quotes to customers; pricing products as requested. This would include communication with customers, suppliers/manufacturers via telephone or emails
  • Sourcing products as needed
  • Tracking inventory
  • Pricing products in showroom
  • Mailing/receiving products – knowledge of UPS/Fed Ex/Transport
  • Coordinating deliveries, repairs and installations – communicating with customers and with company Installers
  • Receive deliveries. May require unboxing some products
  • Assist customers in showroom


  • Math skills are a necessity as you need to be able to calculate percentages and cost of exchange rates, shipping, etc.
  • Accounting skills are required to maintain books and keep accurate information
  • Communication skills as this position involves interacting with the customers and suppliers/manufacturers by taking orders, providing feedback on the status of orders, and follow up
  • Multi-tasking skills are needed to perform the job
  • Computer skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
  • Marketing skills – mass emails and mailers, sending out sales notices
  • Other – deliver products if have valid driver’s licence

Salary: $17/hr.

Hours of Work: Part time to start ~20 hours per week.  Schedule flexible: Monday thru Friday (hours can range between 8:30am – 5:30pm) No weekends or evenings

On Bus Route: Close to bus route (right behind Devonshire Mall)
